Weil hier oft die Frage gestellt wird bzgl. Orden und ähnlichem:
XP gibts in jedem Spiel ob man es nun abschließt oder nicht.
Es gibt 5 Punkte für Kills (bei friendly fire gibts Abzug) Ein Headshot gibt +2 ein Knifekill +1 und doublekills zählen doppelt Dann gibt es noch Punkte für Wiederbeleben und Heilen (für Heilen natürlich weniger), Assistpoints  und für PSP-Übernahmen.
Je mehr du hast desto höher ist dein Rang:
Rekrut - Corporal - ?Sergeant? - Staff Sergeant - Staff Sergeant 2. Tour - Sergeant 1. Class - Sergeant 1. Class 2. Tour - Master Sergeant - Master Segeant 2. Tour - ?Private?
Dann gibts noch Orden:
Marksman Badge (Kills 1. ab ca. 300), Assist Award, Compain Service Cross (Zeit anwesend 1. ab ca 1 Tag; 2. ab ca 2 Tagen), Soldiers Medal (PSP-Übernahmen), Combat Medical Badge (Wiederbelebungen und Heilen), Hill Giant (TKOH-Zeit), Indonasian Kriss (Knifekills), Headhunters Medal (Headsshots) und Purple Heart (angeblich wenn man öfter wiederbelebt wird als man stirbt)
In der Regel gibt es für jeden Orden 3 - 4 Klassen -  vom Purple Heart z.B. gibts nur eine.

Das stimmt schon alles, wenn man es so einstellt. Ich glaube auf dem BaseCamp Sever ist das alles ein bisschen anders  ;)
